Delivery

  • Fixed fee: our starting point is that core services will be provided on a fixed fee basis to maximise price certainty and cost-efficiency, unless you’d prefer another arrangement.

  • Retainer-based general counsel services: we also offer an ‘all-rounder’ subscription option, which enables you to retain Harriet as in-house counsel for a period of your choosing.

    Regulators and stakeholders are increasingly scrutinising conduct and behaviour of companies, with the effect that organisations' reputations and business relationships are at risk – from both a corporate and individual perspective. We will help clients assess and control risks with greater certainty by applying the ‘how it looks on the front page’ rule. Our approach will empower our clients to reduce risk frequency, understand risk trends and capitalise on lessons learned across the investigations and disputes landscape globally.

    We will advise on legal and compliance risks, policies and controls, cultural risk, governance framework, root-cause issues and provide objective management plans and solutions.

    Corporate Governance and Board Issues

    We will provide pragmatic, tailored advice on corporate governance and Board matters. The team will work closely with client Boards, in-house lawyers, the HR and company secretariat functions, and individual Directors (in particular, board and committee Chairs) to advise them on delicate and critical corporate issues.
